[@ Monkeysign] I hope that as the debateunfolds, Senators Jeffords, Kerry, and Cantwell are able to present uswith some independent assessments of the costs of their plan. Good news or bad news, I do not think this amendment stand much chance of approval, but at least it can shine the spotlight on renewables for a few moments in the national energy policy debate.
