[CEI] CEI Injects Suppressed EPA Global Warming Report into White House ...: In a comment submitted today to the agency on its ocean research report, CEI Senior Fellow Marlo Lewis asks it to consider a study initially suppressed by the EPA.  That study severely criticized EPA’s approach on global warming.  One of the major conclusions of the suppressed report was the ocean cycles appear to be the single best explanation of global temperature variations.
