The Texas Low Emission Diesel rule, a 110-county initiative aimed at cleaning up some of the nation's worst air pollution in places like Beaumont, Dallas, Houston, and Galveston, requires diesel fuel sold in target counties to meet strict requirements designed to reduce multiple forms of toxic air pollution. The rule's main focus is the reduction of nitrogen oxides or NOx, one of the main ingredients in smog.

It just boggles my mind the number of people who go through life looking for handouts, and the number of graduates who think that now that they've got their degrees they are ENTITLED to success in their careers and they think that getting in at the bottom and working your way up is something that shouldn't apply to them because they're on the fast track.
