Not only did the former VP candidate spend the week guest-blogging on TPMCafe, a new offshoot of the popular Talking Points Memo, but amid his postings on such issues as poverty and globalization, another blog disclosed that he had been the host of an off-the-record dinner with several bloggers at his house in Washington.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.

[Cowboy Blob's Saloon, Smokehouse, and Shootin Gallery] Surfing the RKBA Blogs: Some Gunblogs are political, exposing the media bias against gun ownership and self-defense, while some are technical, informative platforms that cover the shooting sports or just guns themselves. Hybrid blogs cover more than one idiom and include shooting/guns/RKBA as just one of several things the authors are passionate about. I did not include nonblog RKBA websites, but you'll certainly find links to them by visiting several of the blogs below.
[TeleRead: Bring the E-Books Home] Huh? American Journalism Review lacks RSS feed: And people wonder why we need blogs and newspapers alike? Mainstream newspapering offers all kinds of resources unavailable to bloggers (including, theoretically, the skillful editorial guidance that would have benefitted Webb but in real life did not). At the same time they wimp out and fail to follow up.
[Evergreen Politics] Take Back America Conference: This year I spoke on two panels, one on how the recruit candidates to run for office and the second on Building capacity in the states. Progressive Majority, for the second year in a row, ran a parallel training track as part of the conference where we taught real-world political skills in addition to the more policy oriented conference.
