[CSR Asia - Corporate Social Responsibility in Asia] Hansen could have a real impact here if it were to work with its new suppliers, and there is an opportunity for the company to not only start dealing with silicosis in its supply chain, but to accrue some good publicity for doing so (both in the US and China, where occupational disease is high on the agenda). The granite supply chain is a long way from attracting the kind of attention that Nike or Adidak (only kidding) has received, but it can’t be too far away.
