[blog.healbrokenbone.com] blog.healbrokenbone.com - Blog for people with broken bones and ...: Lets see the ankle…well yesterday I really was on my foot alot…I got up and walked around outside, PWB but I feel like I am putting alot of weight on it…and I can stand on my two feet all by self and it doesn’t hurt….but anyway yesterday I walked, then we took my dogs to the dog park, and I walked around there, then I came home and walked some more…then the rest of the day I took it easy then all of sudden around 8:00 I started freezing….like really bad, so I took my temperature and I had 101…I started to FREAK OUT, I thought oh no…I have an infection in my incision…so I hopped to the bathroom and changed my dressing ….cleaned out my incision put more ointment on it, and then I had some left over antibotics from my surgery…only 3 but I popped them..well one last night then two today….anyway I broke my fever about midnight..then woke up this morning to the full blown FLU….achy and my nose running, congested so all along I HAD THE FLU…..I looked at my incision and it didn’t look bad at all, not infected that is…so I freaked myself out..so now I sit with THE FLU…I am pretty miserable…
