[mb.com.ph] At the forum in the University of the Cordilleras in Baguio City last week, the Supreme Court focused on environmental justice and the right of the people to enjoy a balanced and healthful ecology. To uphold this right requires achieving greater fairness in the access to, and use of, environmental resources and in the distribution of the benefits and costs involved in the task of reducing environmental damage.
