The Eco-Capitalist: My thought is that, if possible, you should have two different products, perhaps a premium and a regular line/brand of cleaners, one targeting customer type A who are eco-friendly and willing to pay a premium, and the other targeting customer type B who are more price-sensitive. Given that the "regular" product does not cannibalize sales of your "premium" product, this will allow you to "test the waters" competing in the "regular" cleaner category without risking your current product.
